Refund policy

There are no refunds if you change your mind and we do not exchange items.

‘Change of mind’ includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong design

We use a third party for printing and posting your merch and understand that mistakes can sometimes happen. So if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact devotedtodisco@gmail.com with a description of the issue and accompanying photo of the item and the packaging (including any packing slips) within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then contact the manufacturer to get a replacement sorted for you. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued to you.
